RETURN POLICY
New Product
Return Policy:
We will gladly accept new merchandise back if
in “new and unused” condition and it is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund
or store credit.
Computer
software must be un-opened and in the original
packaging for the full return. Open computer software will only be replaced
with the exact same product. Many times our supplier will ship a new
product directly to the customer.
Credit card purchases will be charged back on
the same credit card.
Cash refunds will be issued via store check.
A store check will be mailed within 10
days.
No returns
after 14 days!
USED BOOKS
– NO RETURNS
Used books are sold "as is." We do not
refund money on used books.
On-line Returns
On-line orders must
be checked upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to call
the store to report any problem with the merchandise within 14 days of
purchase.
On-line orders that
are returned must be shipped back to the HEP Bookstore at the customer's
expense.
Credit card
purchases that are refunded will be credited on the same credit card used to
purchase the product.
Check purchases
will be refunded after a 10-day waiting period for the check to clear the
bank. This includes checks that are electronically deposited. A
check will be issued once the original check clears the bank.
All cash refunds
will be refunded with an HEP Bookstore check. We do not give cash
refunds.
