RETURN POLICY

 

We will gladly accept “new and unused” products within 14 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit.

 

No returns after 14 days!

 

USED BOOKS – NO RETURNS

 

Computer software must be un-opened and in the original packaging for the full return.  Open computer software will only be replaced with the exact same product.  Many times our supplier will ship a new product directly to the customer. 

 

 

On-line orders must be checked upon receipt.  It is the customer's responsibility to call the store to report any problem with the merchandise within 14 days of purchase. 

 

 

On-line orders that are returned must be shipped back to the HEP Bookstore at the customer's expense.

 

 

Credit card purchases that are refunded will be credited on the same credit card used to purchase the product.

 

 

Check purchases will be refunded after a 10-day waiting period for the check to clear the bank.  This includes checks that are electronically deposited.  A check will be issued once the original check clears the bank.

 

All cash refunds will be refunded with an HEP Bookstore check.  We do not give cash refunds.
